Steven Moffat is returning for another Doctor Who season, the BBC officially confirmed today. The current series finale aired ahead of a 50th anniversary special slated for November 23 starring Matt Smith, Jenna-Louise Coleman, David Tennant, Billie Piper, and John Hurt. Moffat “is already plotting a brand new run of adventures for the Doctor,” the network announced on their blog. Brian Minchin will executive produce alongside Moffat.
What a shame, what a shame. He’s ruined the last couple of seasons of Who.
Well, fuck.
Best part of the finale to a poor series was the hope that River Song has fucked off for good this time.
That was definitely one of my favourite parts. I’m also hoping we’ve seen the back of Vastra, Jenny and Strax. We’ve had far too much of all of them. Time to move on.
But the episode as a whole was better than I expected. Sure, there were problems, but I actually enjoyed it. It has been a while since that happened with Doctor Who. I’m still somewhat apprehensive, but with David Tennant coming back, and now John Hurt properly confirmed as the Doctor’s missing regeneration, I’m actually looking forward to the 50th Anniversary special.

I love this. A lot.
So today I was sitting in English class and i swear to god I heard the tardis
the tardis
I got up and asked to go to the bathroom and tried to follow the sound
I followed it to the class two doors down did not knock and walked in
They were watching Doctor who and one guy at the back yelled
“See Miss! I told you if you didn’t lower it down it would summon the nerds”
